Owns quality and the database architecture, and spends his days in the edge cases — finding the ways things break before a user ever does.

Designs the workspace: the screens, the flows, and the standard that nothing ships until it feels considered. The reason the platform doesn't look like it was built by engineers.

Runs growth end to end: the creative, the campaigns, and the testing discipline behind them. By the time an ad reaches you, twelve variants already lost.
